Home Information Pack's (HIPs)

Home information packs are the product of recent governmental legislation. All new residential property sales in England and Wales must incorporate a home information pack. And at £219 for any size property and £239 for leasehold properties, Stockport HIPs are a must.

They are designed to give a comprehensive overview of a range of features regarding the property in question. Included in HIPS are an Energy Performance Certificate, in which advice on how to cut fuel bills and minimise carbon emissions, is outlined.

What else is included?

Do I need one?
